- Individuals who have worked in a busy Grocery Store/Customer Service Environments
- Accountability for all aspects of the Store Management roles when deputising in their absence
- People management skills combined with strong communication skills
- Strong Motivational and interpersonal skills and the willingness to learn and develop in a fast pace environment
