Our client is a highly successful Retailer, who are currently looking for a driven Store Manager to join the team.
Job Role:
Your role will be to maximise store sales performance and manage the store team to achieve individual and store targets.
You will be accountable for:
- Controlling costs within the Store and compliance to company operating procedures.
- Maintaining store standards whilst providing excellent service and product knowledge to the customer will be your focus.
As the Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training and developing your staff
- Encouraging staff loyalty and retention
- Following security and loss prevention procedures to ensure minimal losses
Key Attributes:
Ideally you will have management experience in a retail sales environment, either as a Store Manager, Branch Manager or Sales Manager, with experience of managing sales teams
- Have the ability to plan and organise effectively in order to meet deadlines and utilise resources
- Experience of working with performance management and targets (managing KPI’s)
