- Exceed sales and profit targets by driving customer service
- Ensure Store standards are consistently high
- Recruit, retrain and train all management and staff to a consistently high standard
- Develop a succession path and a culture of advancement and job satisfaction
- Safeguard the assets of the company in terms of stock and cash control
- Formulate and implement new strategies to improve sales and reduce costs
- Maintain KPI’s
The role requires you to have:
- Experience of managing a large store to a very high standard
- Excellent customer and interpersonal skills
- Strong Leadership, organisational and team building skills
- Be able to survive and develop in an aggressive and fast paced environment
