The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience getting results from their team
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and have fun
- The ability to maximise store performance by ensuring the team deliver company service expectations
- Have worked in a retail/customer service environment
- Be accountable for all aspects of the Store
- People management skills combined with strong communication skills
- The ability to Recruit and develop good staff
- A proven background in Training and Developing
